Can't file a report via PS4 about RMT tell / friend requests.

Today, I received 3 friend requests from RMT sells. However, when I do to try to file a report, via the PS4, I can't. I go to the contact us tab, and select the report cheating option. However, when the screen comes up to enter information on the RMT tells/friend requests I've got, I'm unable to enter any text in either the Title space, or the Body space. I press triangle to try to enter some text, I type it in, but it doesn't appear in either field. I've tried inputting text in some of the other options, but the same thing occurs, I'm unable to enter any text at all. I use to be able to file reports relatively easily, and I wanted to file at least one report about the RMT harassment I received today, but I'm not able to do that at the moment via the PS4. Is there a way to fix this?
