Goobbue horn/mount missing

hello,
I have been in contact with support_na_ig2@square-enix.com and I was told to report this issue as a bug report.

World name: Tonberry
Character name: Ham Lyras
Class/Level: Sch/50
Party or solo: both
In-game time: all times
Steps:
After resuming play after a few months I have noticed, that the mount I aquired through a quest in 1.0 is missing from my inventory. I have checked with the npc in uldah in regard to "lost" items, but he doesn't have anything for me.
