Collector's Edition Bundle?

I am trying to get a bundle copy of the game for a friend (possibly digital), but I can't seem to find a CE edition for it. On SE's shop, this is what I'm seeing:

Heavensward CE (PC, PC download, PS4, PS3)
Heavensward standard (PC, PC download, PS4, PS3)
Bundle standard [ARR + Heavensward] (PC, PC download, PS4, PS3, Mac OS X)
FFXIV A Realm Reborn standard (PS4, PC download, PC, PS3)
FFXIV A Realm Reborn CE (PS4, PC download)

The rest is game time cards, artbooks and soundtracks.

Is there a plan to release a CE bundle sometime soon, or will I have to buy my friend ARR CE and Heavensward CE separatedly?

It wasn't announced or mentioned during the live letter, so I would assume he would need to get them separately if he wanted all of the CE items from ARR and HW

Even if you did just get the Digital Bundle, they'll likely add an SE->CE upgrade via MogStation. I started with ARR SE and upgraded to CE this way.

Yeah it doesnt look like Digital CE is going to be available through anything but the SE store and there is no way im buying from that again. Just get the standard and get the digital upgrade from Mogstation later. I just bought the ARR digital "collectors" edition thats still available so im sure SE will have the Heavensward digital CE (which is really just a cash shop bundle) available as soon as the expansion goes goes live.
