I got 30 days subscribe.

Been playing this game for over a week and I still didn't get my reward.

Maybe a silly question, but did you check your mailbox?

And, are you playing on the 'free' 30 days? or, did you actually pay for a subscription?

I bought the game from the Square Enix website, thought it would count as subscriber those 30 days.

As far as I am aware, you would need to go into the Mogstation and create a sub for at least 30 days or more to get the veteran items.

The options are 30, 90 and 180 days. If you pick 90 days, you'll get the bonus items for Rank 1, 2 and 3 all at the same time. If you pick 30 days, then you'll get the Rank 1 items. After that, you'll get more ranks as your sub days go up.

Honestly, I don't know. I just enabled my sub right off the bat since I knew there wan't any chance that I wouldn't play....lol
I will check my billing record though and see. :)

EDIT:
For my current account:
I opened the account with Digital Collector's edition on 8/21 (and created sub same day). I wasn't billed for any money until 9/20/2014.

Depends on how you pay. If you're using game time cards those will apply automatically. If you're paying with cc or crysta those will only charge when the new month rolls around.
