Support Icon STILL keeps flashing

SE mod has put this issue under resolved, but its not! Support icon still keeps flashing!

I have reported atleast 6 RMT spammers tonight, and every time the GM writes back to let me know that the issues has been taken care of, then the support icon keeps on flashing. The only way that I can make it go away is if I press reply and write back to the GM. I normaly just write that the support icon keeps flashing..

But its super annoying, and Square Enix supporter put it under Resolved Issues is not good enough, because its still a huge problem, and no one from Squre Enix has replied to the thread.
