No Red "X" On Multiple ARC/BRD Pieces?

Currently on my DRG and looking at my armoury chest and noticed that some items do not have a red X like they presumably should since I do not have BRD leveled to 50, it is only 30. Comparatively I have Archer's Ring in my chest as well and it has a red X (lv.32 item).

- I started listing out each piece but apparently it is every ARC/BRD set above 50, EXCEPT the i90 Myth set DOES show the red X. All the dungeon ones, even the crafted ones, Crystal Tower sets, and at least First coil set presumably Second and Final as well but I have no BRD stuff from there.

- HM Primal bows + Darklight bow + Verdant bow all are ok, show the red X.
