Malfunctioning DF queue

For the past two days I have been completely unable to use the DF as a DPS class for expert roulette, high level roulette, low level roulette, and main scenario roulette. Healer and Tank classes trigger a party almost immediately.

Even now I have been struggling with the problem. Here is the latest queue for main scenario:

Primal Datacenter, Hyperion server, Optimum Online is my ISP. I only encounter this indefinite wait as a DPS.

Is this a new record?
