i130 WHM Seeking Raid/Progression Static!

About me
I've been playing XIV since the open-world Beta of 1.0 and am previously a long-time XI Player. I've always managed to stay on the cutting edge of content in both XI and XIV. I am a very goal-oriented player and am always looking for ways to push things to the next level.

Why do I need a group?
For the past few months my group has been planning to either reform or disband before 3.0. Recently we decided it would be best to just split now so we have time to find a spot in a new group. We have been selling locked content since SCoB and have never belonged to a FC. Unfortunately this means we do not have many connections so some of us are now seeking a new team, including me!

This is what I can bring to the table
Competent WHM with all BiS. While my majority of recent experience has been on WHM (preferred role) I am certainly able to play other jobs. I have always been able to adapt to what the group needs.For example; I was main MNK>DRG>MNK>BLM>WHM>BLM before we needed a WHM which has now been my role for quite some time.

Ability to take criticism and always willing to improve (I love being told I'm doing something wrong/inefficient).

Ability to show up on time for scheduled events and communicate via text/skype if there is ever an issue.

Able to use TS/Vent/Mumble.

Ability and willingness to create new crafted pieces/full melds to fit any situation. For example; I have accessories which can put my WHM at nearly 8,000HP should the need arise.

All Lucis tools and ability to HQ anything with NQ mats.

2 alts with all 50s

5 alts which have cleared turn 13 10+ times and are i125 or higher (healers). I also have 3 WHM/SCH alts which I keep coil ready through up-to-date crafted gear should there ever be a need.

What I expect from a group
A group which has cleared turn 13 multiple times.

A group which is always looking to improve/stay on the cutting edge of content. I am not necessarily looking for a world-first group but expect a group which can dedicate a lot of time for new content until it is cleared.

Would prefer a group that does not require I leave my FC (it's a personal FC--I like my mansion!). However, joining a FC is not off the table.

A group which can do 4x4/sales/merc is a huge bonus but not a requirement (I can also do 1x8!).

Availability
5:00PM - Midnight (EST) M-F / Anytime on Weekends
I am able to take 1 week+ off work for major content patches (eg. 3.0 launch!)
Note: I can go a bit later than midnight on most occasions. Pre-clear I am able to go as late as 2:00AM

A Note on Transferring Servers...
This is something I would really prefer not to do and it is really the nuclear option for me since I have so many things which can not be transferred.
However, this is not entirely off the table if the offer is good enough/nothing becomes available on my own server. If it ever gets to this point I will transfer only my main for a period of time so I can test the waters.

I let FreyaKrescent know that I am holding off on a server-transfer group until much closer to 3.0 in the event I have still not found a group.
I am still seeking an Excalibur-based group until that time comes :)
