I can only talk from my experience, Ultros is not a EU server but there is a lot of EU residents in their and it's always active.
Nobody knows this exactly( forget soul), but i would assume shiva. Odin and Phonix are also big ones.
i duno what to pick from odin...phonix and cerbelus :D
So what u guys think ? odin phonix or cerbelus :D?
Make a character on each server and see how they are?
