ilevel 120 DRG looking for FC and static group

Currently I am on Leviathan and to be perfectly honest I feel like I am beating my head against a wall trying to do end game content. Every static that gives me a chance either gets stuck on things like T6 or we actually do good and then fall apart because of schedule issues. So with that being said I'm looking to transfer to Gilgamesh because I've heard good things about this server. What I am looking for is a FC that actually bothers to include the majority of its members it has in the different things it does from leveling to whatever else. As for a static, I'm not looking to be world first but it would be nice to clear a turn without echo for a change... As far as my personal progress I've downed T10 once and got to tethers in T11. I've cleared all EX primals multiple times. I'm also willing to level other classes, I just suck at leveling by myself cause I find it super boring. :p
