Trading Grand Company for Allied Seals

I was thinking about this today as I was fate grinding for atma.

Would it be possible to trade Grand Company seals for Allied seals?

I think that 1,000 GC seals for 10 Allied seals with a weekly cap of 5,000 GC seals for 50 Allied Seals would be feasible.

This would allow players, like myself, to spend GC seals on something other than ventures and at the same time allow them to obtain a few Allied seals.

Or, they could finish the Grand Company stuff and merge it with the Hunt stuff, like you have to be XYZ GC Rank to start hunts, and the rewards come from the GC tabs instead of separately from the Hunts NPC...it drives me up the wall that they have the ranks but we cannot obtain them...why? Then they give the new GC armor sets to the hunts X_X;
