Square Enix store EU: Location pre-order problem

Hi,

I'm having trouble with the pre-order of Heavensward on Square Enix store.
I'm French living in Asia, I've been trying to pre order the game from SE Europe store but i get an error message every time i try to buy something "Our products and services displayed on the Store are not available for purchase by individuals outside of the Serviced Countries. Our system indicates that you are outside of the Serviced Countries for this Site." May i please have some advise about how to pre order the game? I've been trying to buy the game from North America but the game version doesn't match my Square Enix account so i cannot redeem the code then i had to cancel the pre order.
