Question about the Au Ra

Devs since 3.0 introduces a new race, will current subscribers have the option say via a complimentary Fantasia to switch from their current race to the new one, or is this only available to new players post release or current subscribers by coughing up the $10.00 fee. Please advise.

The collector's edition (and digital deluxe edition) come with a fantasia.

If you're not getting a CE/DDE, and already used your 30 day reward fantasia, you will need to buy one.
