Delivery Moogle Limitations

I find it a bit odd that the Delivery Moogle only works with Friend List even after you join a Free Company. The company chest space is limited, assuming you even have access, and probably filled anyway. The chest also doesn't let you send to anyone specifically (unless they're already at a chest).

I know you could just add whomever you want to your list, unless they're set to busy all the time, but it just seems logical that it would have been included unless there's a specific reason not to. Obviously keeping the system limited to a subset you can receive from is sensible.

Or even have it be customizable---a checkbox somewhere saying whether or not you want to be able to accept mail from non-friends in your free company.
