Pre-order blunder
Hi I recently pre-ordered heavensward CE for pc. After I did I never received an email confirming my purchase, so I checked my bank and nothing there, I also tried to check my SE account, but couldn't because of all the traffic, so I ordered again.
Soon after 2 things showed up on my bank account, one for .50 and another for the full price 137. It also shows 2 orders on my SE account, however I have never received my email for either order. Yes I checked my spam.
So I just cancel the order I don't need, easy, right? Well there's no option to just cancel, so I hit contact customer support. I then proceeded to fill out the options, preorders, fill in the order number, reason-to cancel, my email address, etc. But then some pop up appears that wants me to log in as an administrator, for the pepita store front, I tried my SE user name and password but that didn't work, I can't cancel my order and it's showing a full price charge on my bank account.
Please help me cancel!
Because I can't contact customer support I don't know what to do or who to talk too.

NA store or EU?
NA store, I ran into something similar but not the same during the 2 hours right after the store launched. I emailed NA store support that they have on their FAQ and 24 hours later they canceled the order.

NA store, and yeah that's what I tried doing too, but I'm getting the administrator log in thing for some reason.

I just sent an email to storesupport@us.square-enix.com with the title Order Cancellation.
Gave them the Order #.
"Hello, I've mistakenly made two pre-orders on the Heavensward Physical Boxed Collector's Edition (PC).
Can I cancel the other order? I would like to cancel order #
