What would you like to see in FFXIV?

Just wondered what sort of thing people would like to see in final fantasy XIV whether it be a type of class, armour. Anything basically.


For me i'd love to see some sort of contest, for example what i'd be interested in doing is a "design a mount/minion" contest where you can submit a 3D model and at the end of it 1 model is picked and turned into a minion or mount and you receive a free version of it. Its one of the things i appreciate about other games such as DOTA where you can submit your own creations.

I'd really love to see this guy as a mount, especially now flying mounts are coming!

Other than that i'd like the restriction on wait times on macros to be reduced to 0.5s. Macros for Ninjas kinda suck purely because the minimum wait time is 1 second and the recast on Mudras is 0.5

A Mudra fix come 3.0, just clicking on a Huton and having it automatically perform all the hand signs and then casting. It would be a lot better than what we have now for people with high ping.
Raids that aren't connected between patches (like the Crystal Tower, end the storyline of whatever raid is coming in 3.1 and then move onto the next).
Ability to be mounted and talk to NPCs at the same time and just whatever QoL things have been suggested plenty of times here.

This so much. I find it very annoying that i have to come off my mount talk to the NPC and then get back on. This could be a easy QoL change.

Raids that sent just a kill this boss then steep out.

A thing that deletes every ones black list every 4 months so as to let every one try to get along better by giving another chance. Can also be good with getting rid of all the deleted rmt bot names.

Leveled gear gear that levels as you do.

Better options for bonus point allocation so we need not be tempted to put all or just most into one thing.

Triple triad and pvp against the developers once a month lol I'm sure some want the satisfaction of pking Yoshida.

In most situations this would be a great, but when new content is added and everyone on the server is mounted (on Behemoths, Magitek Armor, and goobbues no less) and crowded around an important npc...things can get messy. I think it's for those circumstances that the demount is in place.

If I could add anything to the game though, it would be a more complex stat system where gear would have proc effects, buffs to our abilities/traits, and the like. I want to customize my gameplay a bit and agonize over what is and isn't an upgrade in my case, not just go with whatever has a higher number.

Fishing sounds only sound effect slider (So I can mute normal sound effects when random dude A comes over and starts making a ton of noise fighting things, and not destroying my ears when I forget to turn the normal sound effects back down after turning them up so I can hear the bite noise)

Houses where you can move the room's center light.

Failing that, just give us pre-partitioned houses with a center light for each room.

Trying to partition a room with an immovable center light is frustrating. Walls to close to light = blind. Rooms block by wall from the light = dark.

Of course they have to fix the housing storage first so I can actually buy a house.
