Make a small change that would break a class completely.

Such as "Fire 2 now has a 40% chance to proc a Flare with no cast time with no mana cost.'

Casting any Ninjitsu has a 50% chance of causing the Ninja to use Mijin Gakure, causing a massive explosion dealing a lot of fire damage at the expense of their life.

Bard is given a damage dealing limit break.

Dying as a Dragoon causes 99999 damage to all other players in your party/alliance.

Bards can no longer move and attack

Casters can attack while moving

a class or a job? everyone has been breaking jobs not classes even OP :P

Hallowed Ground is buffed from 10 seconds to 2 minutes and is applied to the whole party and not just the PLD, making the whole team invincible and allowing them to curb stomp everything.

... I can dream right? :p
