Chocobo weather preferences.

Please either make fair comparable to foul or reduce the effectiveness of foul weather chocobos.

Foul>Fair currently and I feel its a rather stupid oversight, since weather is obtained through all RNG methods..

Either buff/nerf the current weather, remove the weather preference completely, or create items that can change the preference of your chocobo.

The fact that to even obtain the 285 rating, we need to hope for a choc with at least 16/20 stars.. and on top of that, hoping it gets the proper hereditary ability + foul weather is some insane luck.

I tried for 3 days just to obtain a 17/20 star chocobo and of course it came out fair weather, and I could have the exact same stats as someone else but if they have foul they will win outright..

PLEASE adjust this.. Just make weather a visual appearance, this is supposed to be a fun mini-game not the mini-game of RNG.

Debuff timer on Frenzy needs to be adjusted, the amount of stamina lost in that 15 secs is far too much, the duration needs to be reduced to between 7-10 secs.
