Multiple FC Linkshell

I'm wondering if there are any FC's out there that have made a Linkshell that includes multiple FCs. I'm asking because I'm in a FC that I love and the people in it love. However, we are small. Between 8-15 people. We have people that would like to do things like the Crystal Tower raids, but they don't like using the DF and getting random parties with jerks in them that will make fun of them because they are not the best players.
So I'm looking for any FCs that have a Linkshell or would like to join in an alliance type Linkshell that would be for casual players for building parties for things like Crystal Tower or storyline dungeons.
