yupp, you guessed right! pre-order problems!

hello, i just ordered the physical collectors edition of heavensward. everything went smoothly until payment, it's been like this for about 30+ min now, any idea what to do?

exited the page and redid the process, now it worked... lol, now where do i find this code everyone has been talking about, and what do i do with it?

A) This is a well-known issue... no need to make yet another new thread about it. Post in one of the already-created threads.

B) You find the code where all other codes are distributed since the dawn of the internet: Your Email... If it's not in your Inbox, check your spam folder just in case. If you don't receive anything at all, contact SE.

I haven't done anything with my code, yet, but from what I gather--and someone correct me on this--you can enter your first code now, but the second code you receive won't be able to be activated until SE says you can, around the start of "Early Access." So, if you end up attempting to enter your second code and it says, "NO, GO AWAY," it's not broken or anything. Don't worry. Still got 3 months, anyway, so don't stress out about it. =D

How come you have two codes? Unless you bought a digital download version you should only have the one pre-order code for early access and all the items and that code cannot be entered until SE announces it.

Worried that there's a second code floating around that I've missed or something now...

He means the early access code that you get when you enter your preorder code on the preorder site. The new code will go in your mogstation when they make it available to grant you early access.

Ah I see, my email didn't even mention the preorder site. I just got a code with a message listing all the bonuses and saying they'll announce when I can use it. Thanks for clearing that up!
