<Eikon> FC [limited] raiding recruitment (hardcore)

Iconoclasm <Eikon> is looking for a few good raiders. We currently have 5 groups in Final Coil with most on or farming turn 13. We are gearing up to hit Heavensward hard when the expansion is released. If you are interested in a progression FC that is on the forefront with new content, please apply in-game or send a PM.

We have occasional raid group openings with our statics and are looking to build one or two more groups for Alexander raids after 3.0

We are also interested in absorbing FCoB groups without a home FC (I'm looking at some of you linkshells that are clearing T13!) The more people able to share strategies and insights to boost progression, the better.

Some info to consider when joining our raid groups:

-- Must be able to commit an average of 3 nights a week to raid. Most of our groups start somewhere in the evening EST and run for 2 or 3 hours. Times will be set by the group lead after considering everyone's schedules.

-- Must use voice chat. We use Mumble which is smart phone friendly as well.

-- You must be proficient at your job and keep up with current gear progression to benefit your group. DPS should be doing near 400 at this point going into turn 10, if not more. Tanks should be able to snap threat mid fight and use CDs appropriately. Healers need to know what their abilities do and when to use them, (or not). New fights are a learning experience and you will figure out so much about your job and it's capabilities. All we're asking is that you know your role, be adaptable and willing to learn and accept constructive criticism.

Our goal is to have fun while staying relevant with content. We discourage cockiness and poor attitudes... if you think you know everything to the point of stubbornness then this FC probably isn't for you. Be open to criticism and willing to correct mistakes without attitude. We strive to be the best because we are humble enough to accept mistakes and improve ourselves.

Any Iconoclasm raid group has the backing of one of the oldest progression FCs on Lamia with some of the server's most experienced players. Benefits of raiding with Eikon include shared strategies, rank 8 FC perks and buffs, Large house on a prime location in the mist (Ward 2, Plot 5 - come check out our bar!), and occasional FC events and activities.
