no PS4 preorder available?

I managed to get on the EU store today, however, when I came across Heavensward, it indicated only PC download, which I don't want, I'm after the PS4 copy of the standard version.

Whats going on?

It sounded like the EU store either wasn't working, or it was and then got pulled entirely yesterday. Could be they're still in the process of fixing that and only have PC up so far.

I also checked yesterday in the NA store, not yet available however.
I wanted to go digital but vary well may go physical copy this time

The digital CE and regular verson is not up yet for NA I will wait, it won't sell out. I believe this was done on purpose why pay double the price for the box unless you really want it.

Going to try and just link this quote in as many places as possible, because this thread just keeps getting re-made and pushing the thread with the response further out of the top pages. From the response, it doesn't seem like digital console pre-orders will even be taken on SE store:

Well it is only a pre-order and not charged until sometime in June so no one paid for anything yet even if they placed a order and can cancel the more expensive physical CE when digital one comes available as long as you don't use or they say "unlock" the pre-order code.
