Physical CE Pre-Orders At Other Retailers?

I've been looking to pre-order via Amazon, I get credit there so it helps cover the cost, but so far the Collector's Editions aren't even listed. I haven't seen them anywhere other than the SE store. When are pre-orders for the Collector's Edition going to go on sale at other retailers?

I'm guessing it'll take a few days considering people are rushing to the company site for the pre-orders. It's possible they want to get as many of those as they can before guaranteeing other retailers a set amount.

I assume Amazon will get the digital CE, but not the Physical.

What makes you say that? That would be a really odd decision if true. I'm pretty sure the devs have said the regular physical CE would be available from other retailers.
