Bought wrong region of HeavensWard

I am living out of EU and NA. I bought Eu version of the game, but when I pre order I put my country as US because there isn't any familiar EU countries on the list. So when I try to Activate thro, "https://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com" it re directs me to "https://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com" and when i input the code to redeem the early access. It says wrong region. My question is. What do they ask you to do after you redeemed the code. Because i went to my square enix acc and registered the code but i don't know if it works
