CE Order: No confirmation email, no code on Square Enix store site.
The title pretty much says it all. I got in and was able to place my order about an hour after they were available, but i never got a confirmation email (believe me, i've checked all my folders, many times), and there is no code, or any "verify code" button, or anything of the sort on the store site under my order, just a back "instructions" button telling me how to redeem a code i don't have. I sent an email to support early this afternoon, but have not heard back.
Advice? Similar stories? Would i have better luck just trying to reorder the CE and writing support to get the other order canceled?
Thanks, guys. I just wanna make sure i get the thing. I'm a little worried my order isn't really an order. ;)
