Is anyone else having this problem when Pre-ordering?

I get to the information page and type in all my info, when I hit continue my browser freezes, I tried this on Chrome, explorer, and firefox but I get the same problem on all 3. Uninstalled Chrome and firefox, then reinstalled. Still same problem.

Do I wait for it to load? Or just keep retrying? Chrome kind of just boots me out of it and asks me to reload, while iexplorer gives me a message saying something is broken with the script.
