Unable to Submit Reports In-Game

Met with the inability to do so. Confirmed that this is actually happening to other people in my Free Company and friends on other servers as well.

2. Was met with the inability to submit any kind of report whatsoever.
3. Cannot type in any Report boxes (Title or Body) and the button that normally says "Submit" is completely blank.
