Is it in any of the editions or was it scrapped?

Word was that it's a mount you'll get in the heavensward main scenario.

Yeah sounds like it when you read the tiny print under the figurine picture for the Physical CE.

dragon mount is obtainable via main story.. lots of speculation its middy's next form
