Aussie with NA copy of game. How will I get physical collector's edition?

Hey,

The friend who got me into this game is American, so the account that she bought me is NA region locked and I've been playing on it from Australia with no issue. (Aside from payment issues to begin with that were resolved when paypal was introduced.)

Is there a way that I can get the physical collector's edition of Heavensward without buying the game twice? ie, One NA digital collector's edition, one EU physical collector's edition.

The only other alternative is maybe having her buy an extra collector's edition for herself over there, and international post it to me over here,, I guess? That's going to cost a great deal and I'm hoping for a less 'buy the game twice or get raped by shipping cost' option.
