So I am a UK customer and own an EU copy of FFXIV. But I have recently moved to the U.S. so my question is, if I buy an NA copy of heavansward will it work with my EU copy of ffxiv? Or do I have to pre-order an EU copy and wait forever for it to ship to the U.S.?
From what I've seen, you need to have the copy that matches your account's region. If the account was made with a European code, then it's European and won't accept a North American code.
That sucks :/ guess I'll just order the digital
Copy then so the early access code isn't wasted.
