9/10 its intended, every game developer likes to over charge the uk :c
I assume it's because of taxes and such.
Born free, taxed to death. Welcome to the UK.
£42 worth of taxes? I don't think so.
Either, it's a mistake on SE's part and the prices should have been converted but haven't. Or perhaps someone figured "oh, they won't notice if we just keep the same digits and change the currency symbol".
I have no issues with the cost being a little different to account for any import/export costs or whatever, but ~40-50% more than what US$129 is in £ is just excessive. I'm incredibly hesitant to purchase simply out of principle. It's not like my game experience is going to be affected, but my appreciation of what I'm buying is.
It's just them charging more. Even the Digital Version. $60 games usually have a RRP of £40 in the UK, most shops end up selling them for £33-35. Digital CE on SE Store? £45.
The price for the Physical CE un Euros is also €130. So the "conversion" they did was converting the icon. That's all.
Well they are moving the EU servers over there sometime in 3.0 so maybe they added a charge per copy of expansion to help with this? just spit balling ideas here
in EU we always pay wayy more  , isnt UK only
The price for NA includes the 10% sales tax.
