Trying to buy Heavensward on se store, bioth Collectors edition and normal edition keep failing. I'm logged into my SE account, I click on the preorder and it keeps coming out as empty basket, both items.

I am having to go to work now and can't get online till 6pm tonight I wont be happy if I miss the CE because of this technical fault.

Having the same problem as well when trying to click pre-order; it's as if product page isn't linked to anything in the database. Fix please, some of us need to work! :(
European store is open for pre-orders Eternal, only NA store is opening at 11am PDT.
Only the NA store opens for preorders then. Ours in the EU started at 0700 GMT.
Started is a big word, I've been trying to pre-order the CE since 7.00 GMT and the few times the shop is actually online I can't buy it 'cause it says my cart is empty. I'm starting to believe the got the times wrong.
When i first try to order my basket was empty
It was almost past 10 am - GMT
And from that point site has crashed completely, for now it's been 8 hours, really now
It would be nice to know what is problem, that can not be fixed for so long
and the store not work now so i think we crash it because of the massive player wanna preorder he CE
I can't even get the page to load at all. My husband was able to get it into his cart, but that was it, he can't get any further than that (he's at work).
This is insane, and really irritating. When Yoshi P *hinted* at the Dragon Statute in London back in November (I think it was around there), people screamed "TAKE MY MONEY!"
You'd think Square would realize that yeah, people are going to DESTROY this store over this, and make the servers able to handle it.
We all say this coming. If you didn't thin the site would crash after the announcement of when you could Pre-order the the Game and a lot of people want that Physical CE (Myself Included.)
I got to the cart but the screen has these !STEP_SHIPPING_TITLE,!CONFIG_PROFIL_COUNTRY, (Which is empty and won't let me fill) all with a green check mark. I get past that to select the standard 8-10 day delivery but then that is where it ends. !CART_VALIDATE (screen fades a bit them comes back to me having to hit the button again. I thin often get and !TEXT_ERROR which then takes me back to the first screen.
Seriously SE maybe you shouldn't announce such things or make it SE store online Only if you can't handle the influx of traffic on your site.

Vitaminsmore --- yes, we all saw it coming. But we hoped SE would be smarter than this. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect them to expect this considering we all did, I think that's why most of us are irked.
But yeah, I totally agree they need to fix their mess.
I think that maybe next time the smarter thing to do, if they insist on making the CE's limited edition, and only selling them through their own store, is to release them in waves so people aren't so frantic, and also make sure their servers are equipped to handle it.
