Already more than 30 minutes trying to buy Heavensward CE from Store and its still impossible.
I was especting heavy traffic but the problem seems to be adding the product into the bascket, wich result in the cart empty.
Please, my time remaining before going to work is too low and I don't want to lose my CE because of that!

How are we supposed to even order the expansion when you are BLOCKING people from even ORDERING? The region blocks are enough but the blocks on the stores are ridiculous.
Fix you store and keep your promises. Because when you tell your audience "it will be available at 7am GMT" and there is NOTHING on the store at this time, with a crashed website, you wasted an occasion to keep your mouth closed.

I have posted similar threads all around the web seeking suggestions and answers to the solution to the queer barring of countries outside of the PAL region regardless that the account holder/account itself is and was made in the PAL/EU region.
I am an Australian living in Japan, my account is PAL/EU and I cannot even add an item to my cart. I want to purchase the digital CE for my account but I cannot do this with the current system. We, the customer shouldn't /have/ to resort to asking family members to bail us out of a situation caused by poor management. We, the customer should be able to purchase the product with ease.
I Click Pre-Order Now and the next screen tells me my basket is empty :/

well I am willing to pay the 129€ for the box but the store is not selling it to me. You can blame your selves for losing this money.
Yeah i'm getting the same problem with the basket. Luckily its digital for me so I can wait but for people doing physical collectors edition this is very bad and unprofessional for not being ready.
I'd like to preorder as well. Same problem. Click preorder and get your cart is empty....
