Steps:
Finished the final book of the atma quest line. I returned the book to G'jussana, unequipped my relic weapon and headed to Jalzahn to get my animus. When i got there, there was no dialogue choice to choose my animus, nor any reaction by Jalzahn.

Nevermind, I found out what i was doing wrong
