Steps:
Accepted quest Leves or Moraby
Tried to do quest but no mobs were spawn to complete quest.
tried to view map for quest and get "Unable to open map at this time"
do not have a way to abandon quest so it is stuck in my quest log making it so I cannot retry it.

If you could at least remove the quest from my journal, I would be more than happy to retry the quest and see if it happens again. Right now it is stuck and I cannot get rid of it.

When you accept that quest, you are also given a levequest. Levequests need to be innitiated from your quest journal before you can do them. Once you have finished the levequest, you should be able to complete "Leves of Moraby".
