The elusive 90,001 Error..

So a friend is having constant 90,001 errors.. She can't remain online for more than 5-10min at a time at most, and shes very close to just leaving the game because of it. I spend time looking for this error and fixes online, only to find its like a ghost. I find next to nothing on the topic at all. What I do find, noone really has any answers to. Does anyone have ANY information on this? Seriously, we have tried everything from port forwarding to disabling all firewalls (I know its a very bad idea, but when troubleshooting, have to try everything). Even the slightest bit of help would be well beyond greatly appreciated.

Well look on net with this problem, you sure will find a LOT
This game need powerful inet to work stable, you if you speed is low, might need to upgrade that
Just a few tips
1. take a look at you net cable - maybe you damaged it somehow,somewhere
2. Rooters can really slow you down
3. Antivirus can be a problem, even if you added FFXIV in exception list

From servers unable to load to these 90,001 and 90,002 errors? thank you shitting up the customer experience again, S-E.
