PAL or NA?

How do you double check if your FF14 account is PAL of NA? I can't recall what I purchased initially and don't want to make the mistake pre-ordering the incorrect region for Heavensward.

Is this matter determined if you're paying your monthly fee in USD or Euro?

Any help would be appreciated.

I can't say from experience, but I'm going on a whim that you should log into the Mog Station and see if it displays any info. You may need to go under the account information tab that leads you to the 1.0 version of the site.

Checked the account information tabs in Mogstation and can't find anything specifically stating if you're on PAL on NA game code.

I'm looking around too, I feel like I've seen this info squeezed somewhere, so I'll update if I find it.

If you are paying your sub in Euros, you're probably on a EU account. But I cant say for sure 100%

The easiest way I know to tell, is when I log onto a friends US account It always has the PEGI Teen rating show up. EU does not. Simple but effective ^^

1. log on square enix account management system
2. click account information on the left navigation menu
3. enter your birthday
4. check Region

I guess you are on console. What currency do you pay your sub in and what country so you live in?

If you are in NA, your account is most probably NA. If you're in Europe, Africa, Asia or Oceania, your account is most probably PAL - since those are in the PAL region. Where you created it and purchased stuff for the first time (bank data, I suppose) and installed ARR the first time (installer actually makes you select your region) decided that.
