Not able to report RMT ingame

Seems all those messages I sent to SE regarding RMT has forced SE to blacklist me from reporting anymore. I don't blame them considering I have 100's blisted with no actions from SE.

And their auto reply to my messages brings no comfort what so ever. If anything they are mimicking RMT by using a bot to reply to my messages leaving them with no effort to address the situation.

My issue is I am now unable to send more of those RMT's to SE for them to pretend to take action.
