Support Desk Text Inputs Not Working

So, in light of that funky log in issue I and loads of other people have experienced this morning (in which we stare at constantly refreshing log in queue of 1 player indefinitely), I was going to attempt to report the issue through the in-game support desk.

However, all four support desk sections are giving me message windows with text fields that do not accept text (won't even allow me to select the text fields), and even the submit button seems to have not loaded properly.

Now, I figure I've either just been secretly banned from using the support desk because they didn't like my last suggestion, or there's something funky going on here. I regret to say that I have not restarted my game to see if that fixes the problem, for fear of not being able to log back in at all.
So, anyone else having this issue?

I tried reporting the issue in game and all I got was a reply saying to open a ticket up on the website and that I'll get some help Monday through Friday. So pretty much too bad for me until tomorrow. I can't log in with my main because it says I'm already logged in. Would think a GM or something could check to see if my character is stuck logged on and force me off. I dunno. Before this new error I had the one queue thing and tried switching to another character on another data center and when I switched back got the already logged in error. (3102)
