Couple more Questions part 2 =) Possible Spoilers if not done Shiva.

Been trying to figure out these 2 things but it's eluding me.

After Roaille is caught the second time and Ilberd is talking to Raubahn, he mentions that she was selling imperial secrets to a certain faction, I am assuming the Monetarists and says she was maintaining the status quo and prolonging the war, how exactly was it prolonging the war. I just know it made Raubahn really angry.

Also Alphinaud claimed she was feeding intelligence to the heretics but I could have sworn the only imperial helping the heretics was the flame selling secrets to the merchant sympathizer for profit.

Sorry for the questions but I like to have a firm grasp on the main story and thanks =)
