Advent Union <AU> Recruiting Healers for 3.0 and Beyond

About Us:
Advent Union is the #1 FFXIV raiding FC on Leviathan (NA) that was founded upon one basic philosophy: play smart, not hard. We raid 4 days, 12 hours per week, clearing all of the hardest content at half the time of other FCs that raid significantly more hours. Advent Union has a laid back atmosphere, but we do expect more of our raiders than most guilds since we only raid 12 hours per week. All raid spots are competitive, which means that a trial can easily replace a seasoned guild veteran if that trial performs better. We are ALWAYS looking for good players who have competitive skill but may not have twenty or thirty hours per week to dedicate to a video game.

Raid Times:
Monday: 5:30pm - 8:30pm PST
Tuesday: 5:30pm - 8:30pm PST
Wednesday: 5:30pm - 8:30pm PST
Thursday: 5:30pm - 8:30pm PST

Progression:
Advent Union takes new content extremely seriously. Weeks prior to the patch dropping there is a sign-up sheet for two separate groups of players: those who will be on the second the patch drops, and those who can still only make the regular raid times. Raid groups will be formed around these two groups to make the best use of everyone's time and energy. Raid days are usually extended to four nights a week (Monday - Thursday minimum, with the possibility of even more days if there is enough interest) and raids can be extended.

So AU is pretty much hardcore? Or do you help others get to their potential game play? If the answer to both questions is yes, I would be interested. Are you accepting new applicants or just looking for specific class atm? Im 50 all classes i130 brd With Zeta, all other classes are i110+.

We have always been hardcore since the start of ARR, compared to all other raiding companies on the server who come and go over time, you can rest assured that leadership and stability are here. While our positions are open, please not that we are not a learning company. At this time of the patch, and 2.4 raid tier is farmable, We do not accept any applications that do not have a T13 kill. Some exceptions to this may apply if you are a world class player and you have claims towards this. So if this is something you would like to be apart of, you are more than welcome to apply if you feel that you would like to step your game up to being a Hardcore raider.
