unable to cast after a raise fail

hi thanks for reading this dev team

im doing raids half hr ago as a Con, i chainspell and raise II some1, but he got raise by others first, my raise II didn't go off. i notice my char's animation shows im still casting. and i try to cast other spell after that. my log says" please wait....". and i can't cast any other spell after that.

1 min later i got killed. and after i got raised, i get back to normal. and then i try to raise other again. this happen again.

if any mage have same problem, please say in this tread. hope dev team will find out.

Class/Skill Rank: R46 Con
Physical Level: level 50

Party Members: um.. it's a random party, i don't remember the full name of them.
In-Game Time: i don't know
Steps:
1. Chainspell, and then Raise II on some1
2. target was raised by others, spell didn't go off
3. my Char still keep casting, i can't cast other spell, it always say: "please wait...."
