configuration & game settings/UI/hotbar/keep changing reverting ??????

My game has been reverting random game settings ui, hotbar, and game config settings, and changing what I have selected and saved to something else, this happened to me today for 5 hours straight! Id fix it then it would happen again, for eg, hotbar settings to scroll through and work when weapon is drawn, after a fight or 2 it would just stop working and then Id check and the settings are all changed? also my targeting drives me mental , I will be in a boss fight and loose target for no reason at all, also my target filtering so I dont select party members in raids, disappears stops working and i check to find all the settings are different again, after fixing one problem after another after another after another , i gave up, now it seems its jsut back to default, after the hours i spent making it work for me, iv also had issues with my character just runing in random directions and turning when I never ran that way , ect this happens like lag spikes and randomly . I have been looking for answers all day , but have found nothng but other people who have experienced this also with no answer and not a single resolution .. I cant continue playing the game like this, its un playable, this issue needs to be addressed and fixed !
