Things that really "Brighten my day"

I figure since we have a thread dedicated to the pet peeves that annoy us in ffxiv, the community deserves a chance to say the behaviors that they appreciate, but is often taken for granted.

-When the tank makes sure to mark target order.

-Players that take the time to explain boss fights to those that are running the dungeon/trial for the first time

-Players that keep a good sense of humor if the run is going sour.

-Healers that take the time and perception to heal, esuna/leeches, and revive players not in their party during large open-world content such as hunts and odin.

-Dps that pop potions/self-heals to take some pressure off the healers.

-Caster dps that help heal if shit hits the fan and it looks like the healer is being overwhelmed.

"First Timers" that are good at following the more experienced people without direction.

NINs that Goad tanks in long fights... (also makes me think of another for that other thread...)

When I'm tanking and a CNJ/WHM uses Fluid Aura to knock a stray enemy back into my range.

When a bard uses mage's ballad when healer,PLD mp is low.

When a tank waits for their Protect/Stoneskin.

When DPS kill marked target(s) in order

The Sun.

Tanks who ask me if I would like a speedrun. [Healer.]
People who realize where my name came from. [Not this character.]
People who say 'Ty for party.'
People who wait for buffs.
Comms as a DPS.
