upgrading from trial - questions

Hi,
my trial period is near its end.
my question is - can i simply buy a 60day prepaid to continue playing the game

does it work that way ?

trial as in the free trial?
you must purchase a copy of the game, it will come with a 30 day game time.

yeah i meant the free 14 day trial
so simply buying prepaid is no-go ?
every pc copy comes with 30 day game time ?

Every copy comes with 30 days correct.
After that initial purchase then you can buy as many 60 days as you want.

Just keep in mind that if you are on the Steam Trial that you buy the Steam Full Version.
GMG's version is not a Steam version.

if i downloaded directly from the ffiv site then i suppose i have nothing to do with the steam version ?

Im on free trial too!
If I buy the game, can I keep my char? Or do I need to start all over again??

As long as you put the code into the account you already made, you can keep the account & character. There should be an option to upgrade in the Mog station, I think, from what I saw of a screenshot.
