I have a simple question: If a Bard does his Foe requiem just before the LB of a BLM/SMN, does the damages are increased ?

It should since Foe's acts as an enemy debuff, and since the caster LB is magic (at least I think so..................... pretty sure it is).
As far as I know, LBs damage is not affected by buffs/debuffs.
The power of a LB is based on each party member's weapon if I'm correct.
LB damage is based on cumulative weapon damage of the entire party.
No debuffs affect it including trick attack, or foes requiem. Popping things like raging strikes or blood for blood does not affect the LB either.
Generally, the best idea is to have the weakest DPS use the LB, so the stronger dps can keep putting out that good dps.
Pretty much this. To add onto that: LB ignores any kind of enemy defense, means for example in T11 caster LB will do the same amount of damage to the cube node (high physical def, weak against magic) and the ball node (high magical def, weak against physical dmg). It also ignores stoneskin, means it will go right through ss and doesn't even remove it, acts like it wasn't even there to begin with.
