Land Need are unmet on Faerie

There are only large and medium plots left in all of the districts on Faerie. They have already increased the number of wards twice, so they have that ability, so why not increase them again? and I'm not talking just for Faerie, but for all servers. Dynamically increase the number of wards to meet demand. Artificial scarcity may jack up prices and make people feel prestigious that they have the houses, but it's gonna alienate far more people that want to participate in the housing and can't because all of the plots have been taken and no new ones have been added in the last forever.

Or just make the houses individually instanced, since the neighborhoods are often empty anyways. That takes care of many of the server load issues and allows a virtually unlimited creation of housing space.

Even on Jenova, there are only a handful of small plots left in anything other than Goblet..
Deal with it.

I suggest you read the post about Balmung and come back to this..

Besides, just buy a medium house then. Grind out materia for a week and you should have enough.


BTW, I would like to ask.

Are you complaining because you saved up the money to buy a small plot but can't find an empty one to buy? Or are you just complaining because there isn't a small plot left at all?

Because if it's the former, I'm sure you already know how to make 3 million gil, do what you did to get that money a little more and you'll get a medium house in no time.

Just a question, but did you check all 3 ward locations, and all subdivisions? Because I've noticed not everyone seems to be aware of those.

LUCKY !....not even a house of any type left in Excalibur...even in goblet...

Yeah you can buy a house, but it still sucks to be locked out of a house type.
