I played ARR to Archer 32 in Dec 2013
Started the quest "A Song of Bards and Bowmen" by talking to Luciane
Did not play the game until recently, March 2015
Went to continue quest by talking to Jehantel. Message appeared saying requirements were not met, with an entirely blank list. Logged in and out, same thing, waited a couple days, same thing. Tried to abandon the quest and retake it, only it did not respawn from Luciane.

Please reset the quest on Raylene Wolndara so that I may obtain the quest from Luciane and finish getting bard. I do not mind restarting the quest from the quest giver, or just having it back. I would like to continue leveling my main class as soon as possible.
