Lack of Information from SE for server issues

Leviathan was having issues early this morning. According to the official notice, It was fixed at 5:43 AM PDT.

Trying to log in this morning (after things have been "fixed"), I see the "server is full message" then get stuck at the loading screen for Coerthas.

I understand that there can sometimes be technical difficulties. However, if things are screwed up, what's wrong with updating the notification? "We are aware of issues and are troubleshooting". SE seems to only provide a notification once they have completed an activity and never to acknowledge when there is something currently going on.

Especially since they say it's resolved, and clearly isn't, have 2 pages of reports in the tech support thread, and don't even acknowledge it.

Yeah i got dc'ed during a raid yesterday and could not get back on.

been sitting here at the now loading screen for 15mins for the 6th or 7th time relogged completely a few times always the same it will not load. looked at the lodestoine it claims it was fixed... clearly it has not.

Same boat, Leviathan Server...not letting me log into my character. Stuck in the loading screen...one in South Shroud, one in Old Gridania.

Golden Saucer, Old Gridania, Uldah - Steps of Nald, Mor Dhona, none of my characters can log in for any of the areas they are in

I can't say for certain if I can login as I am at work currently about to head to doctor's appointment. I will see when I get home though.

So, there is a thread with many pages of people who are unable to log in to Leviathan. The only place that works is housing districts. This was confirmed by someone in a housing area that did a search and found only 80 some people on the world - ALL in housing areas. Despite this, service call techs were insisting that the issue is due to players' network configuration and were told to contact their ISP.

7 hours later, SE have finally updated their issues notification to admit that there is a problem with Leviathan.

Seems there needs to be some "continuous improvement" done in the support department.
