Cant roll on World of Darkness loot

I ran World of darkness for the weekly quest on my Scholar. There were no drops I rolled on, because nothing was good for alt classes. I also ran Syrcus Tower and Labyrinth of the Ancients (which I did roll on and win loot in both I believe).

The next day I ran WoD on my Ninja (to try and get gear obviously), and queued for one already in progress. When I joined they were at the last boss. They fight had not yet been started, but apparently they have previously attempted it. We beat it in 1 attempt with me there, but when the loot was rolled it said I could not roll (I didn't want to anyway because it was a bad drop for me) because I had already won loot this week.

This is 100%, without a doubt, not true. There are no WoD drops in my armory chest that are not already linked to an item set, and I wouldn't roll otherwise because I cant trade if for marks like other gear.

I am not sure how I have been locked out of gear for the week, but am EXTREMELY disappointed I have to go through this process and probably STILL wont get a resolution...

I put in a support ticket and they closed it saying to put in a bug report on the forums. I have to wonder what the point of a support ticket is if they don't bother supporting you and count everything as a "bug".
